Danny Kwan

Danny is the founder of the firm. He started his career with Standard Chartered Bank. He has extensive experience in debt capital markets including Islamic Sukuk issuances, equity capital markets advisory, corporate debt restructuring, mergers & acquisition and private equity.

He is the firm’s specialist in financial modelling and rating advisory. Danny holds a Capital Market Services Representative’s License advising on corporate finance by the Securities Commission of Malaysia.

Charanjeev Singh

Charanjeev is the founder of the firm. He is an accountant by training and has previously worked in tax and audit, investment banking and stockbroking. He also has extensive experience in tax advisory and debt capital markets including Islamic finance related Sukuk issuances, equity capital markets advisory, corporate debt restructuring, mergers & acquisition and private equity.He is the firm’s capital markets specialist. Charanjeev holds a Capital Market Services Representative’s License advising on corporate finance by the Securities Commission of Malaysia.
